How much is the delivery charges?

For West Malaysia,

-       FREE delivery for purchase of RM170 and above in a single order.

-       RM 10 delivery charges for order of less than RM170 in a single order that shipping within peninsular Malaysia.


For East Malaysia,

-       RM 20 delivery charges for order of less than RM316 in a single order that shipping to Sabah and Sarawak.


How long will be my delivery take?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will process your order within 1 working day.

You can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

West Malaysia: 1 - 4 working days

East Malaysia: 4 - 7 working days

Singapore: 7-15 working days

Can I prearranged the date I want to get the delivery?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate scheduling of deliveries. However, you may coordinate with our courier partner to schedule according to your preference.


Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.


I need my order now, Can speed up the delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to speed up the delivery. Once the item is shipped you will receive a shipment notification.


I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

As the item has only just been shipped, it may take up to 24 hours to show on our shipping partner tracking website.


How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery. Delivery times are influenced by your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. You can check your order status online with our Order Tracking tool.


What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

You can also contact our customer service at here immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.


Is there any domestic area the courier service cannot deliver to?

We can deliver to all domestic areas.


Does Garnet Labs offer international shipments?

International shipment to Singapore is available at the moment.


Can Garnet Labs deliver the package to my office?

We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.


Can I pick up my order at Garnet Labs office?

We do not provide a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
